Friendly staff they do not hover
THIS PLACE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! THE PROBLEM IS THE MANAGEMENT! THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA HOW TO DO SALES! I PURCHASED LOTS OF FURNITURE OVER $6K AND WHEN I WENT TO PAID IT ALL OFF I HAD TO DEMAND A RECEIPT WITH A ZERO BALANCE AND FILE A COMPLAINT. THEY TRIED TO HAND ME A RECEIPT THAT SAID I STILL OWED OVER $4000! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED A DAY OR TWO BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY, WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED I HAD TO CALL AND GET MY TIME. WHICH I WAS TOLD 10-12 FRIDAY BUT THAT TIME PASSED AND NO TRUCK SO I CALL BACK AND GET TOLD MY TIME IS 12-2.
These people have no idea what they're doing! We've waited weeks for our orders, which they "forgot" to order, and then when delivery day comes, no one shows up. We asked them why, they said they came twice and "no one was home" and the "house was dark". As someone with small children I can assure you the house was not dark or quiet. On top of that, we've had several issues with some of our previous orders, one of our couches didnt come with legs and no one would deliver them. We were told we now have to wait another week till our furniture can be delivered! No one ever calls to tell us if there's an issue, and they seem to like to make up stories to defend themselves. Would give zero stars if I could. Never buying from them again.
