BK did my moms floor in three rooms and they did a beautiful job! The office staff are friendly and were knowledgeable in answering my mom's questions. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely go back. Thanks BK!
I wouldn't recommend anyone conduct business with this organization. They performed a poor quality installation. They have been scheduled multiple times to come back and fix their work, each time they have been a no show or call. BK has zero customer service, a 1 star rating is honestly too high.
BK has been great to work with. I asked for installation before I went on vacation and although that was short notice and they made it happen. Looks great installed and was just what we expected. They followed up by calling a few days later, to make sure we were satisfied.
