My toilet would flush all the time so my wife called these guys...... he flushes the toilet I dont know how many times.... changes the flapper on a pretty much brand new toilet...... flushes it some more.... sticks his hand in and feels arround. Flushes it some more... then goes and gets a snake. Snakes it, then flushes it some more... n says it's good? Even though it's still flushing poorly. I asked him several times during the whole process (my patience wearing thin) if he should snake the main drain because I've had to have it done before. Each time he thinks for a bit the flushes again..... well needless to say he left with the issue not resolved!! Then I get a bill for $90!!? I called a real plumber, they snaked the main drain and all is well again
