It's a fast food chain. I guess it's as good as can be expected. Last time we went through the drive through, they forgot several items we ordered. Had to go in and ask for them only to find out we were still missing 2 when we got home. It seems like a whole bunch of kids and a scattered manager. But they were polite, the food was fresh made and even having to go inside, they are still quick to help.
Went thru drive thru at 8 pm on Aug.9th. Ordered 2 orders. Got 6 miles down the road and found only received 1 order and the second was wrong as well. Happens ALL the time!! Terrible!!
Food is very inconsistent and at most the only decent item is their potato ole's bit even those tend to be soggy, service is decent but even that feels fake at most times
The Taco John in Columbus could do a better job!! Haven't tried them for almost 3 years due to the royal miss up on our order. Was in town and my nieces wanted to try them again and of course our order was misses up again.
Everytime that i have gone thru drive thru and ordered their food is cold. Especially their taco burgers
