I came in to get tires mounded and balanced something that they told me would take about 30 to 45 minutes.... I waited 2 hours!!! Nobody told me about having to wait longer.. I got up twice and asked how long it would be and kept getting told not too long.. what makes me upset is I went in at 230 had to pick up my kids from daycare at 4, didn't get out until 430.. now in addition to paying for their service and waiting 2 hours, I had to pay daycare extra for picking up my kids late!!!
Great selection of tires and I am always greeted when I walk in. Never have I had to chase someone down for a repair or service.
Called to get my oil changed, and they had availability right away! They also checked my tire pressure while there!
