I drove 2400 miles round trip to get to a good price for the machine I wanted! I can't say enough of how friendly and nice the people are here. They had the paperwork and machine ready when I got here. Was a quick and pleasant transaction, no surprises in price, what I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid. If you want to buy a Polaris this is the place to come to, it is well worth the drive.
HORRIBLE OWNERSHIP COCKY AND VERY ARROGANT LEADERSHIP. THE OWNER EVEN SAID OVER THE PHONE IN OUR CONVERSATION after A LOT of yelling and arguing back and fourth IF I WAS PRESENT I'D BE LYING ON THE GROUND AFTER HE PUNCHED ME. IN MY MANY YEARS OF BUYING I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED OWNERSHIP LIKE THIS. I'M an Army Veteran and I can't believe I was disrespected SO much by a owner of this establishment! !! He must put on a nice fake show to his customers. I understand your guys point trying to defend yourself yes I did go on a rant and was extremely upset but was definitely triggered by a VERY disrespectful owner who again yes did say he would drop me if I was present. I wouldn't ever buy from you nor was I going to was just proving the VERY cocky owner wrong. Remember I'm not the one with a bad rating on my business. I would not have went off if not called for. The owner also the second time I called and asked calmly to speak to the owner was trying to play games as at first I wasn't aware I even spoke before to him and was just a sales person the first call then second call turned into the owner I was try to explain how to possibly correct his poor staff and he puffed his chest trying to make me feel dub that it was him. He spoke very low of the Army and stated he was a Marine but never made a leadership roll or served in combat. The owner also even mentioned that he'd be there anytime if I wanted to drive there and stand toe toe with him not exactly in those words and laughed when I said I didn't want to waste my time (3 1/2 hour drive one way) like the old saying goes it takes two to tango and there are ALWAYS 2 sides to a story. Let's just say it took 2 guys getting very upset at totally off track of the situation and he forgot he was a business owner for a bit. In response you your edit as well ( as I'm bored and this is fun) and leaves a lasting impression on your business reputation. The conversation all started with a very arrogant cocky business owner who got very offended when I said I probably know the business just as much as he does he explained that he's done a very long time etc etc the information I was probably trying to provide was inaccurate etc so i therefore went into explaining my background to explain i wasnt dumb. IMO He's definitely a person that can't be proven wrong and is always right. At least I admitted my faults and yes as a combat veteran with severe PTSD when I'm triggered like you did to me I outburst hince why I'm medically retired because of it so I app you using my dissability against me (thats hurrassment on your end) You keep trying to prove that I still wanted to buy a machine from you after the third "hurassing" call (first one was initial, second was to try and reason with the owner unaware that I had already spoke to him and third was just to prove I wasn't scared of the Billy bad @$$ owner that said he'd be there anytime if I wanted to basically come n fight him if he would of agreed to my offer honestly maybe I would of drove 3 1/2 hours for a great deal and after the deal was made we could go out back as men and handle our differences. That was my point but you turned down my offer. You triggered me I reacted to you in no way was I ever initially disrespectful when I called it escalated and moved on. At this point we are at my dad can beat up your dad mine is bigger than yours and who can prove each other wrong more this can go on for days ,weeks, months etc opinion afyer opinion. I know you won't admit on here but just admit you were very wrong as well and did threaten to fight me and equally disrespect me and honestly I'm a grown man it can be water under the bridge.
