Had to take my computer back to them multiple times after they "fixed" it, then the last time they completely wiped the computer out without talking to me about it first causing me to lose my oldest sons baby pictures and work documents along with pictures of my time in the army that cannot be replaced. Take you computer anywhere else but here.
