Horrible, and over priced. Sold me a dead loc unit. Hasn't even been 7 days and says he can't refund me. Said he never seen a dead unit in over 30yrs. $24 , after hours and days on trying to figure it out. I decided to buy one off Amazon for only $8! Hooked it up the same way I did with their unit. Worked on the first try.

The guy that runs the place is a jackass. The techs are decent. So a radio shack that sells pellet smokers??? If you know the owners go and support them but otherwise avoid
