Very shady business! Luckily I'm a smart girl who did the math. Ken and Damon tried charging double the flooring of what my new construction needed. Ken then proceeded to ask me not to tell certain people. After I didn't receive my money that was owed to me- I contacted those people whom was asked not to, and guess what- I got my money 2 days later!! Oh and then Ken called me to yell at me!! Not professional and very shady business! I would go to flooring solutions in Nordolf next time!
Work had to be done twice! Second time floor was done it was worse than before. When the owner came by to do the floors again he was late without warning. Owner was very unpleasant to talk to. Would NOT recommend going to this business.
They came into my mother's home to fix the floor that they messed up on and then made excuses as to how it was our fault AND they were 45 minutes late and didn't bother calling to tell us that they would be late. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They were very disrespectful and rude
DO NOT GO WITH GREINERS!!!!! They screwed up our flooring and tried to fix their Installation mistakes and ruined our flooring all together and blamed it on us. Excuses after excuses. Ken and his associates are HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH!!! Wouldn't even give them a star but it's the lowest to choose from.
Best prices around! Will beat anyone's prices including Nebraska Furniture Mart! Ken Greiner is great and full of knowledge. I will recommend this store to anyone and everyone! Awesome!
