This hotel has incredible staff and near perfect customer service. I would not dream of staying anywhere else.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and decent. Rooms were clean.
Very comfortable beds and pillows. Almost too soft though (lacking support enough that my wife's back was sore in the morning). The breakfast options were really good. The bathroom seemed like it could use a deep cleaning. Overall a good place to stay.

Nicely renovated rooms. Only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is the thermostat light was bright and didn't have the option of dimming. Clock light was also bright, but was able to cover it up. Nice continental breakfast and good customer service.
