We had a great experience at Columbus Motor Company. We had trouble with a headlight on a Dodge vehicle that we had purchased at another dealership and they fixed the issue perfectly. We are going to have factory lights added in the box as well as maintenance performed and we are bringing our Dodge to Columbus Motor Company due to our excellent service previously. Great Company!!!
Great place to purchase a car IF you feel like wasting your entire Saturday and paying thousands of dollars over retail. Do yourself a favor if you're consider buying a car here or anywhere for that matter and find out what their car is worth and how much your trade in is worth. Most of their vehicles are $1,000 - $2,000 over book value and they refuse to negotiate because they are already offering the "lowest price". It's a joke honestly, not sure how this location is still open. The employee turnover rate is outrageous and if you look at their reviews 75% of them are from current or former employees.

I chose Columbus Motor Company when shopping for a Ram 2500 and could not have been happier with my decision to buy from them. My wife and I have also had great experiences every time we are having vehicles serviced and warranty work done. They have a great staff and a wonderful facility. As a Dodge and Jeep owner, it is great to have a well run and friendly dealership in the Columbus community.
