Got offered more than twice as much on my trade at another dealership. I found the people very rude and condescending.They asked the maximum amount I felt comfortable paying and they came back with numbers that matched that exact amount. They don't care about giving a fair deal or good service, just padding their pockets.
Not willing to haggle at all! Customer service is awful too. Once they know you aren't on board with just paying exactly what they ask they are done with you and get quite rude. Would definitely not recommend.
Great experience. Great treatment after the sale. Very easy to deal with. And free car washes for those who Buy From Ernst.
We will never do business with Ernst Auto Center again. If there was anyway I could have I would have not even given them one star. They have the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with and do not back up the product that they sell. Mitch and his supervisor are 2 of the rudest customer service people I have ever had to deal with. The first time the service dept lied to us they was in regards to the brakes on a vehicle we had bought from them. They did not even look at us and when we took the vehicle to another repair center we found out that it was a very simple fix, unlike what Ernst tried to tell us what it was. The second issue we had with them was they did not back up the product that they sold us. We purchased a brand new vehicle not a used one from them. The battery went bad and states on the battery that it has a 6 year warranty however when we contacted Ernst Mitch in the repair dept. would do nothing to assist us, would only say that the vehicle had a 3 month/ 3 year warranty on it. He did not even look up any info on our account or anything about the vehicle. The last thing he said was" it has a 36 month/ 3 year warranty, have a nice day" and then hung up. The next day when I called to find out why he was so rude he proceeded to be rude to me again and told me, after I told him what horrible customer service skills he has, that I had horrible customer service skills. REALLY!!!!! I am the customer!!! Then when his supervisor came on the phone he was just as rude and just kept repeating the same thing over and over and would do absolutely nothing to help with the problem. He also proceeded to tell me that I had horrible customer service skills. If I treated customers the way these 2 people did where I work we would not have any customers. We will never purchase a vehicle from them again due to this happening. They are nice to you when buying something but then once you have purchased the item they do not back up the product. I am going to put this review on every place I possibly can. No customer should ever be treated the way that we were treated. Not only did they lose our business but with the negative feedback we will give friends, family for everyone person we tell this to there are 10 that those people will tell.!!!
Told one quote for labor per hour and charged another. Basically called me a liar and argued with me for a half an hr about the quote. Nothing was done to fix what happened and they don't even deserve 1 star. Horrible horrible experience.
