We had a wonderful experience dealing with Tracy on our 2015 GMC Sierra. We live in Lincoln and have dealt with the big, local dealerships that are only a couple miles from home, but the simplicity, honesty and transparency in how Tracy does business made the trip to Columbus well worth it.
We had never dealt with Tracy and did not even know of the dealership, but we found the vehicle online. After speaking with him a couple times about the truck we drove to Columbus and everything was "as described." The price was very fair, and far less than what a comparable truck was priced in Lincoln. It was a fair deal for both parties.
We loved working with Tracy he is awesome. We bought a new 2015 Chrysler just yesterday and he was amazing not pushy like all other dealers and his prices and cars are unbeatable. He looks in his customers interest. From the best car to the bank loaners to him being amazing . I mean this is the second time going back. He was awesome. :) can't wait for his new place!
Fantastic to work with. We drove from Omaha and we showed up right at closing and Tracy stayed late to help us. Price on the vehicle was great and he gave us a fair price for our trade. Best dealer I have worked with. Definitely will buy from them again!!
Tracy's is a great guy to get a deal done, unfortunately I couldn't proceed forward with the deal but he was 100% professional and I will definitely try to do busy with this class act of a dealership!
We also were trading a vehicle and Tracy gave us a fair price on that as well.
In the end, we plan to use Tracy's Sportline Auto Sales the next time we are in the market for a vehicle because there was no BS, just a good, sound, honest deal.
