We came in for our scheduled oil change and it took an hour for someone to come in and talk to us about our car. He then proceeded to tell us our tires needed rotated, we needed a new air filter, and we needed fuel injections. He said it would take under an hour, yet we waited another hour and a half for it to get done. The initial oil change shouldn't have taken as long as it did, and the rest of the stuff wasn't taken care of as efficiently as we were told. we could go somewhere else, pay more, get everything they did here, and get out of there faster than this place does an oil change.
