Got a great camper at a great price.
After the paper work was done Tom showed up. I wish I would have dealt with him instead, maybe the story would be different.
I bought a car from Precision Unibody and Auto Sales 2 months ago and am still not happy. If you decide to do business here, go through Tom. His brother is rude and not interested in you as a customer. The car's spedometer didn't work until after the car got warmed up. I asked Tom's brother if he could take off $100 so I could get it fixed. His immediate response was, "It is fine. It's fine." I decided to take a gamble that the spedometer would work better in warmer weather, which it did.
Thank you for saving my week end. I started what seemed like an easy "do it yourself " project and turned into a disaster. I called Precision they took my camper in on short notice and got me going. Now my family and I are happy campers. I will be going back.
This center will not sell you parts unless you will let them do the work. If they can't make the labor costs they are not interested in your business. When we asked if we could buy the necessary parts so we could do it ourselves and save the excelled cost of the repair the man behind the counter turned and walked away telling us to visit an auto center as they are not in the business of selling parts. I will go to Omaha to Camping World before I go here again. They need to learn some public relations and customer care. Every customer they turn away is money walking away that will not be back. The parts we saw on the floor were marked up twice the price of other sources so it's not like they would not make money on it, they just wouldn't make as much as they wanted. so the 150.00 they would have made wasn't worth it vs the 450.00 they quoted. Not everyone has deep pockets Rick and Tom.
I took my RV in for a water leak in the tub area. They were able to take my camper the same day and had it repaired in a few hours. The price was very reasonable and I feel that they took the time to do the repair right--the last repair facility merely caulked around the faucet and the problem turned out to be loose plumbing! I will definitely return for future service.
The car runs fine and I inspected it thoroughly before buying it so I'm not upset there. The lack of customer appreciation is what lacks. There was trash in the car when I bought it! Plus I had a flat tire shortly after buying it. Overall, don't go here unless you are sure you've got a great deal in your hands.
