I love their "express service" I can roll in and get an oil change and fix a slow leak while catching up on emails in their super louge. Comfortable chairs to watch t.v. or tables to do some work. Free coffee there is a big plus!
Highly recommend Gene Steffy Ford! Such genuinely nice people! They went out of their way to fix our Flex and provided us with a loaner vehicle while they waited on a part. The service manager knew exactly what was going on with our vehicle and discussed with us the options for repair every step of the way.
